At Evaloria by TS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or replacement, please contact our support team before sending it back.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
